  1. Dear dimwits at the 407 ETR (*) office: I acknowledge that the first mistake was mine. When we used the ETR toll highway to bypass highway 401 last May and you sent the bill for $20, I paid it through online banking without stopping to think that my account was attached to the old car and not the...
  2. Road trip!!! What do you do when you and your husband and three kids successfully survive a 3500 km road trip through four provinces? Give ‘em two and a half weeks to recover, then throw them back in the car again and head in the opposite direction! We just finished a week-long...
  3. How cool am I? How cool am I? Why, thanks for asking. I am, in fact, way wicked cool. And terribly impressed with my sassy self at just this moment. What’s got me so excited? Tickets to see Rush in concert, baby! The last great concert I need to see. I’ve been a Rush...
  4. Talk amongst yourselves Ugh. Not feeling well today. I’ve been really lucky with my headaches lately, as they are becoming increasingly rare. Cousins are soooo fabulous! They share enough family to be familiar without having to deal with sibling rivalry. The cost of gas made me gasp on our trip, too. I was particularly glad that I’d packed our food.
