What American accent do you have?
Your Result: North Central
“North Central” is what professional linguists call the Minnesota accent. If you saw “Fargo” you probably didn’t think the characters sounded very out of the ordinary. Outsiders probably mistake you for a Canadian a lot. |

Same as you.
No surprise here since that’s where I grew up….the west.
I get ‘Philadelphia’ – not bad for a Yorkshire lass!

Now really…I would have pick you for the south…Kidding.
Same as you. But I can’t figure out why? 😉
Same as you! I posted this on my blog too, so thanks! (And linked it back to you, too!)
hee! I get the midland – which is to say I don’t have an accent, apparently.
I’m way far West. So I guess we don’t sound quite the same, LOL? Actually, I noticed that when we first moved here. And we’re now facing the task of correcting Sarah’s pronounciations of words she’s learning at school, not to mention colloquialisms (bo-bo? No! Boo-boo!)
