Saw this over on Marla’s blog and couldn’t stop laughing. Hers is funnier than mine, but it’s still worth a lazy-day blog.
The game is, Google “(Your-name) needs”, including the quotation marks, inserting your name where indicated but without the parenthesis. (I’m not insulting your intelligence, really. I’m quite sure you get the idea. But don’t forget the quotes – it’s important.) So, to clarify, I Googled “Dani needs”. Anybody need a recap to this point? And then you share your top five – or, if you’re Marla or me, your top 500. Cuz more is always better than less!
I pulled these off in order. They have this oddly narrative quality to them…

And that’s when I stopped reading.

Wow – it was getting downright ugly near the end there. I was getting more and more scared for you as I read further down the page. LOL
Apparently I need the following:
– help;
– a big wuggly hug;
– patient, nurturing parents who can provide me with consistent limits, structure and routine, and who can be patient and calm when demonstrating something, redirecting me, or walking me through a process, which may take more than a few repetitions before I feel competent on my own;
– a susbstantial amount of money for tuition in the fall;
– to be cute in order for the stories to work;
– an attorney; (which may relate to the next one…)
– to satisfy his lust for murder, sex and blood.
Now that I think of it, I never could satisify all those lustings…

Well, I was reading another blog and heard about this Google fun…I didn’t realize that you had to use the quotes and simply used my name and typed: Dani needs

OK, no joke, but I got this “what do you need?” email and it says to type your name and ‘needs’ into google and then note down the 1st thing that comes up… Well YOURS was the 1st site on the list and your name is Dani too and, well, you’ve played the game! That is SO weird…
