On the way to the gym this morning:<\/em><\/p>\n

“Bloody hell, I’m going to have to scrape the car. God, I’m sick of the cold already. Oh great, snow all over my seat as I open the door. Peachy. Now I’m going to have a cold, wet ass all morning.”<\/p>\n

Grumble grumble.<\/p>\n

“Don’t you even THINK about running out in front of my car. I swear, kids these days don’t have the slightest sense of self-preservation.”<\/p>\n

Growl growl.<\/p>\n

“How nice. Gas prices are up seven cents, and I forgot to fill up yesterday. Figures. Why does that always happen to me? Why can’t I catch a break?”<\/p>\n

Snarl.<\/p>\n

“It’s going to be just perfect for the parade today! Brisk but not too cold. The boys are going to love it. That little crust of snow makes everything look so festive.<\/div>\n

“Aw, look at those kiddies building a snowman. Their cheeks are rosy with the cold. What a sweet picture!”<\/div>\n

Contented sigh.<\/div>\n

“Life is good.”<\/div>\n

Conclusion: I really should get to the gym more often.<\/em><\/div>\n
