Tristan: “Oh, you’ll love Madam. She’s so nice.”<\/p>\n
Simon: “Yes, I can’t wait to be in Madam’s class.”<\/p>\n
Papa Lou: “Knock, knock.”<\/p>\n
Tristan: “Who’s there?”<\/p>\n
Papa Lou: “Madam.”<\/p>\n
Simon: “Madam who?”<\/p>\n
Papa Lou: “Ma-dam foot’s caught in the door, open it up!”<\/p>\n
Cringe (and subdued snicker) from me. Death-dagger glance at Papa Lou from Granny. Uproarious laughter from Tristan, Simon and Beloved. <\/p>\n
