Accepting criticism with grace

Read this great advice on handling criticism today. Must internalize! I don’t know why I always react to criticism emotionally, but I do. So not helpful.

Awwww…. I don’t like mean people, so I hope the criticism was at least constructive…is that being too hopeful? The advice above however is good perspective.
